Boyson Heights is going to see some major changes in July.  We currently have a good portion of the drywall up and right behind that will be paint.  Once we begin to get to this stage in construction is when you can begin to see a home.  It is when you can start to envision where to put your couch and your favorite recliner. 

 

  I'm available to do virtual tours for anyone that wants to get a better   picture what your favorite floorplan looks like.  We will also begin hard hat   tours late in the month of July.

 

 

 

Be sure to give Kim a call at 319-350-7600 to schedule your virtual or hard hat tours for this month.  Units are reserving quickly and we know as construction progresses and we can get people inside to view the spaces, options will become limited.
