Part-Time LPN/RN

Part-time position.  Must be an LPN or RN licensed in Iowa.  Job responsibilities include assistance with tenant assessment and service plan development, communication with family, physician, and other healthcare professionals, medication management oversight, scheduling, and assistance with oversight of clinical services. Position does include weekend on-call rotation.  EOE
